New Patients to Passage House Dental Care

We welcome people of all ages and abilities, so when booking your appointment don’t forget to book for your children, husband, wife, granny, uncle, friend……

We are able to take on new private patients at any time and are finding that more and more people opt to have private treatment due to the wide selection of treatment options available, especially for cosmetic dentistry.

Yes, we do take on new NHS patients!  Call our friendly reception and leave your contact details and we will let you know as soon as we can accommodate you.  In the meantime you are more than welcome to see us privately as it may take a while for an NHS appointment to become available.

Facilities for the Disabled
We are fully accessible downstairs for disabled patients and have recently installed a disabled toilet and front door access with ramp. If you are disabled and would like to know more, please contact the practice for information.

Appointments
You can make an appointment by phoning
0117 950 3141. You can choose which dentist you would like to see depending on the appointments available.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give the appointment to someone else. If you miss more than one appointment and give less than 24 hours' notice, we may not be able to complete your treatment or offer you NHS treatment in the future

Urgent Treatment and Out of Hours care
Urgent treatment means that which the dentist considers necessary to relieve severe pain or prevent your oral condition deteriorating before you can make a normal appointment. If you are in pain during surgery hours please telephone the practice and every effort will be made to see you as soon as possible. Should you have a dental emergency outside of the practice opening hours, please call the NHS out of hours emergency service on 0845 120 6680. Or, if you are a Private patient, please call 0117 942 8937 in the event of an out of hours emergency.
